Glassense is proud to collaborate with ÖÖD House, an Estonian company known for its distinctive mirror cabins that redefine nature hospitality.
ÖÖD Houses are prefabricated modular buildings that blend seamlessly into their surroundings. Their signature feature is the mirrored glass façade, which reflects the landscape and allows the building to visually disappear into nature. At the same time, floor-to-ceiling glass in the interior creates open views and a strong connection with the environment.
The façade features MIRASTAR® glass by Saint-Gobain, a special coated glass that creates a mirror effect on the outside while still allowing light to pass through. Depending on lighting conditions, it appears either reflective or transparent, helping the building blend into nature while maintaining privacy and comfort inside.

A durable steel frame supports the structure and enables year-round use in different climates. In addition, advanced glass solutions improve indoor comfort by reducing solar heat and stabilising temperature.
Today, ÖÖD House uses this concept globally in the hospitality sector. It offers a unique experience by placing high-quality accommodation directly in nature. As a result, the concept combines design, functionality and scalability in a compact format.
Glass plays a central role in this concept. It serves not only as a visual element but also as a performance component that improves comfort, energy efficiency and durability. Through its collaboration with ÖÖD House, Glassense supports the development of buildings where design and technical performance go hand in hand.
